Jennifer Siuty, DVM
Veterinarian
Jennifer Siuty is originally from Wisconsin and completed her Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following graduation in 2006, Dr. Siuty (pronounced si-U-ti) completed a year-long internship in small animal medicine and surgery at large referral animal hospitals in the west Chicago suburbs. After completion of her internship, where she received the Intern of the Year award, she joined Green Bay Animal Hospital, serving as a general practitioner full-time for seven years.
Areas of professional interest to Dr. Siuty include improving management of chronic diseases such as endocrine disorders (diabetes, Cushing's, hypo- and hyperthroidism, Addison’s), kidney disease (common in aging cats and dogs), and heart disease. She also enjoys managing chronic allergic skin disease to better improve animals’ comfort and decrease infections and itching. She is passionate about caring for senior pets, with comprehensive care to address household, physical, and social needs, and using multimodal pain relief. Dr. Siuty is excited to provide telemedicine services to patients of Green Bay Animal Hospital.
Outside of work, Dr. Siuty enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. In her spare time, you will likely find her rowing, biking, or reading. She is a member of the VVCA (Veterinary Virtual Care Association).
